This PATH is designed to aid you in balancing the Qi (lifeforce energy) that flows through your major energy pathways (governing and conception vessels) in your body as well as increasing the capacity of the flow.

Qi, Ki, Prana, Lifeforce Energy and other names describe the biological potential that our bodies turn into electrical work, nerve impulses, etc... Also, this life force potential is used by our brain as a medium that can be molded and formed into the very thoughts that we think.
